Miloslav Kubinec takes a place of Frantisek Pečený in 1977 in Hermans hut. His first designs subject to the influence of this designer, but later he developed his own ideas.

Kubinec's work is linked mainly with plastic decors and structures. In his work he also uses figurative composition. He always designs decor according to product type.
